Nice in office care but don't miss making a payment or they will insult you over the phone. And if you have a utility truck or van just go ahead and be ready to walk two blocks to get there.

Dr. Smith is the most amazing and caring doctor I have EVER encountered for my children. I've had 2 boys needing surgery and he has been the most wonderful person ever about them both over the years. He explains things so well and will answer any questions needed. I'm just absolutely amazed and so blessed for his tremendous work! And I will always recommend him for any type of care.

I highly recommend University Pediatric Urology. After a trip to urgent care with my daughter, I called for an appointment. The front desk staff was very helpful and got us in quickly. We saw Lauri Gingerich, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so understanding and patient. My daughter liked her a lot. I’m so thankful to have such great treatment.

Dr Smith is very very helpful but the receptionist was extremely rude about my daughters nurse accompanying us to the appointment. Really really off-putting.

Dr. Preston Smith has been my daughter's urologist since she was born. She is 21-years-old, and he has seen her through many trials. He's Mandy's favorite doctor! Dr. Smith is one of the most caring, competent doctors, and I can not recommend him enough!

Danielle Gosser is Amazing. She is one of the PA's there and she was incredibly thorough and kind to our family. I highly recommend this practice if your child is having bladder or gastro problems

We love Dr Smith. He did a wonderful job diagnosing, monitoring and repairing our daughter’s bilaterally reflux. She is now well taken care of with their CARE program. We have taken our sons there for circumcisions and to be monitored.
