first time coming here and boy am i not disappointed, brooklyn was super sweet and welcoming. we had good talk, and just super friendly. cute office!! only downside is that it’s the behind building and it’s a little hard to find, but once you know it’s not bad i’m coming back for sure!

I saw an IG ad for a $59 facial and thought it was a new spa advertising, so I booked an appointment. Once I arrived and checked in, I was handed an ipad to watch a video and was told I would have a consultation after the facial. It was only then that I realized I was expected to hear a sales pitch about memberships. I just wanted a relaxing facial after a long week, which I did receive. Olivia was great. After the facial, I quickly told the associate that I was not interested in a membership and she did not push back at all, so I did not have a pushy, aggressive experience like some others. I was just initially taken aback by not knowing up front that this is a membership only spa. Not once was that mentioned to me prior to the apt. All of that said, it was a good facial and if you're wanting to be part of membership program, check them out.
