This man has a sorry attitude and is very RUDE ! He was very rude to us and my daughter, he sent in a student to begin with she evaluated the situation then went out and got Dr. Jensen and he walks through the door and said why are y’all here 😡. Well not because we wanted to be you stupid jerk ! I wouldn’t recommend this idiot to anyone.

I understand that some people do not appreciate his bedside manner, but he is an excellent surgeon and at the end of the day, that is what matters to me when my child is having surgery.

Nooooo! The worst, arrogant, self serving Surgeon in Knoxville. My daughter’s wound from pilonoidal surgery performed by this Dr. In 2016 still has not healed! Dr. Jenson wanted nothing to do with us once we had a problem. Go anywhere else...

The worst of the worst. My daughter still has complications from surgery performed by Dr. Jenson. When we informed him about the complications, he wanted nothing to do with us!!! He is arrogant, rude and self serving, Go anywhere else.

My daughter still has complications from surgery performed by Dr. Jenson 2 yrs ago. He wanted nothing to do with us once he saw my daughter’s complications. He will take your money and ignore any problems after surgery. Go elsewhere!!!

Dr. Jensen saved my daughter's life. She was born with a rare birth defect (Hirschsprung's Disease) at the area's top rated hospital and he was able to come to her, perform surgical tests, and diagnose her condition. She was then transferred to Children's where he was able to perform the surgery. He followed her for the next several years monitoring her condition. Yes, he is personality is lacking but he saved my daughter's life. He is a brilliant and skilled surgeon.

I absolutely LOVE this surgeon! He's done a few major life saving surgeries on my son and I don't think I could ever trust another surgeon like I can Dr. Jensen. Highly recommend !
