Dr. Craig has given sedation to our child for the last few years and she’s amazing!! She’s so caring and knowledgeable! But really the reason why Dr. Craig will forever be in my heart is because as we walked back to get our baby from her CT with sedation to check the size of her BPS, Dr. Craig was cradling and rocking our baby as she was waking up it was a rough day for us as parents and our 2 year old who has no idea what’s going on, but seeing Dr. Craig loving on our baby after was the most amazing feeling. You always hear “your baby will be in good hands!” I truly felt that my baby was in the worlds best hands! Dr. Craig if you see this we still thank you soooo much for being amazing! We will never be able to thank you enough♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Dr. Craig was amazing! My son popped his knee out of place and was scared and in a lot of pain. She explained to my son what would happen and made him feel at ease. She had a wonderful bedside manner! If she had her own practice, I’d definitely be signing him up, as a patient. Thanks for all you do!
We hired this attorney for a case. For 2 years he told us how excellent of a case we had. We finally got a decision and it was not good. I hot a letter from the attorney that basically said, sensory but I'm not your attorney anymore. I tried to call his office and the secretary was super rude to me. Wouldn't let me talk to the attorney and basically said he doesnt have to call you out of courtesy to tell me what happened or what to do. I said to her it wouldn't be wise for him. I wanted to speak to him. She then proceeded to tell me that I was threatening him. I repeated several times that I absolutely was not threatening him. I only wanted to speak to him. She continued to put words in my mouth. I continued to say repeatedly that I was making no threats. Just wanted to speak to the attorney. Again mote hostility for her. She even told me she was making sure the proper people knew I was threatening them. Yes I was upset at her aggressive actions. But making a bad review is not a threat. I didnt claim I would harm anyone, stalk them, or any other violent action. Here them if you want to. But you eont get much.
Dr. Craig was a great Dr. on the service. She was polite, caring and appeared knowledgeable, however she did NOT set my daughters broken arm correctly, which caused us to have it reset with an orthopedic DR 3 days later, she did not inform us that we should splint the arm until a pediatric ortho was available to set it properly. If putting my 6 year old through the pain of setting an arm twice wasn't enough Dr. Craig's office proceeded to bill us $1,532.72 for setting the arm. Because she didn't do it correctly I had to pay the Ortho $1,500 to reset it hence I paid for the same services twice due to this Dr's lack of responsibility in her job. Because the law doesn't state a dr. has to do a good job only that they follow "common practice" I can't sue Dr. Craig, but after numerous calls to her billing dept and a letter from my attorney Dr. Craig still insist on these charges. Her practice puts a black mark on her profession and a black mark on the reputation of East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Should I ever have to use ETCH again I will in no way accept treatment from this Dr. again on my child.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
