This place is all about the money dr Moffitt was my doctor before they said they would not see me anymore. Because of a 200 bill I owed they changed my insurance thousands of dollars they cancelled my appointment would not call my meds in they were just so mean to me I would of paid the bill when I got my check for I am on disability but they didn't want to no that it was just the money they wanted the hell with me is how I was treated I have a new doctor now that's not all about the money ty for reading my post

Great doctor. Always on time, don’t have to wait - like most doctor’s offices. Listens what you say. Very friendly and outgoing. When calling the office for appointments most of of the time you have to call back.

I have found everyone in the Knoxville office to be kind and helpful. All lab folks are as well, and timely. I love Dr Moffitt. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. His staff is also responsive. But he is on time and I get in and out quickly.

Dr. Moffitt has been the most unhelpful doctors I’ve ever had. He didn’t listen to my concerns. Didn’t explain his reasoning for things to me even though I asked. Just kept telling me I’m fine and that I need to go on a diet. Making me feel like all my symptoms were all in my head. NEVER see Moffitt if you want real or quality care.

Dr Moffitt has been probably the WORST doctor I have ever been to. He wouldn’t listen to my concerns. He wouldn’t explain his reasonings for things even when I specifically asked. I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s from another endocrinologist but yet Dr. Moffitt says I’m “fine”. That I just need to go on a diet. He refused to help me. This is the third time I’ve went in to see him, and the third and last time I ever will. He has left me feeling defeated and hopeless. That I will just have to live miserably and in pain for the rest of my life. Please consider a different doctor if you are seeking help.

Diagnosed and successfully treated my son’s Hashimoto’s Disease. His quality of life dramatically improved. Yes Dr. Moffitt is very professional and caring.

No ability to see signs of different types of thyroiditis, treats patients based on assumptions alone, doesn’t run proper tests or scans unless you beg which then allows the time limit of a correct diagnosis to expire. I took medications I didn’t have to take had he done his job. I literally had to do my OWN research to come up with what was going on with my thyroid. I paid copayments for absolutely nothing. I could only imagine how many of his patients have had their thyroids surgically removed per his suggestion unnecessarily when had they waited, they would’ve realized their condition could’ve been temporary. Awful experience.
