List of Groups Recover Together's Reviews
The 2 Lindsey's are so.e of the most amazing people you'll ever meet along with the great amd wonderful Dr. Jackson. Such caring and friendly staff who actually give a dam about people. My life is sooo much better since I joined groups!
Amazing program!! Highly recommend!!
The zoom groups are great. You feel your amongst real friends. The staff is nice. Its to bad they can't keep any counselors or office staff that long. The office is not open regularly enough.
Just started
This used to be a great place back when it first opened however, now that they're opening new offices everywhere and they have more clients than they can handle, groups recover together has become just like all other treatment centers. They never answer the phone, they are rude, they change the rules as they need to. The counselors are openly and obviously rude to certain members in front of the group. they start every meeting explaining how if you miss a meeting you can make it up just don't ghost on them, but then if you ask ahead of time to join a make up group there aren't any available. if you try to have a conversation about your prescription you will be ignored unless you have already been having a conversation in which they will just stop responding. The office manager (except for Casie) talks to you like your nothing but an inconvenience. I've literally watched friends of mine relapse because of the way they were treated in their group meeting. If you are serious about recovery my opinion would be to shop around for a serious recovery center.
Never answer phone want you to text you have an emergency can you run the app and trying to sign in on the app for the group you can't get ahold of anybody it's just one thing after another
I think groups is an amazing online addition recovery app. The counselors are very nice and well trained. If you are afraid to give your information or your debit card number to finish the initial process I promise this is totally legit. I’ve been using groups going on 6 months now and I am 100% happy with my group and my counselor.
I love groups recovering together I was a struggling addict for over 10 years and when I started going to groups it change my life completely I would deeply recommend this program to anybody trying to find their way out and I promise you it’ll make the difference I feel so much support and compassion and understanding from this group. I absolutely give 5 big gold stars !!
Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, always on top of their job, and always makes you feel like a human not an addict. I’ll always be an addict but like they tell you and try to make you see that your addiction doesn’t have to define who I am. I’m grateful for groups recovery. They have been a huge part of my recovery.
I’d give negative stars if I could, I’ve sat sick for days with my script waiting on the doctor to sign and I just started going a short time ago. Insurance etc. all good, counseling session and counselors all good drug tests passed ( except the first, obviously)But you’d think they’d not want a very new patient to go into the weekend withdrawing from THE MEDICINE to treat addiction. You can call or leave messages all you want, they don’t care enough to respond I’m not entirely sure they even have someone answering phones. Strongly suggest going ANYWHERE ELSE if this isn’t resolved today because idk what’s going to happen to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
