Dr. James Miller in my opinion is not a good Eye doctor told me that there was a surgery to fix my damaged retina at first then went back a little over month later and told me that there's not a surgery to repair/fix my eye/retina feel like he just lied to me and gave me hope to only let me down. Great Guy but not sure about his Word.

Dr. Miller has been my mother's retinologist for @ 15 yrs, and he is an excellent physician. He explains things thoroughly, is friendly and jovial, and highly competent. His communication skills are especially appreciated.

Dr. Miller really cares for his patients and their vision. If I am ever having an issue he will see me Same day or the next day.

Before surgery my vision was 20/40. After surgery it is 20/400. Dr. Miller said he had no idea what went wrong. I am functionally blind in that eye. For your information -

After waitin 4 hours and 45 minutes in the office for a scheduled procedure, I would not recommend this inefficient office to anyone. I understand some lateness but am tired of doctors who care more about adding extra patients for more money and expecting their patients to sit for hours waiting to be seen without explanation or apology. As a retired nurse, I find this offices practices appalling. My time is important too.

Dr. Miller yelled at me for asking questions concerning my relative about the treatment given and the reason for treatment. He told me I knew nothing. Since he never answered, I still don't. He was rude, condescending, arrogant, and I would not trust him in any kind of surgical procedure for that reason. He also refused to see my relative any more as a patient because I asked questions for her. She believes the shots given to her by his group may have caused the blindness in her left eye.

The office staff treats me with courtesy; there is little wait time; and the injections by Dr. Miller have stabilized my wet AMD. I am grateful for the injection and appreciate the professionalism of the office.
