Dr. Hall and his staff were amazing! They did exactly what I requested and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you all for an incredible experience! 10/10 recommend.

I had a tummy tuck in November of 2020. The staff was kind but was really shocked at the lack patient care. I was completely dissatisfied with how the surgical staff rushed me out the door following my procedure. I could barely keep my eyes open as I was pushed out in a wheelchair to my car. I wasn’t asked to try and use the restroom following my departure. Within 24 hours, I had urinary retention. I became very lightheaded and pale which prompted my spouse to call the office. I was told to come into the office for a visit and Dr. Hall didn’t seem to believe I was having a difficult time urinating. He kept asking me to provide a certain word or feeling that describes urine retention. He asked my spouse multiple times if I had doubled up on my pain medication all because I was so flushed and lightheaded (I actually hadn’t taken any pain medication 6 hours prior to the office visit). My husband decided to take me to the emergency room. There were at least 4 nurses that had a difficult time putting in a catheter. Once the last nurse was successful, they drained over 1 liter of urine. I was told by the attending physician that 1 liter of urine is double the amount the bladder can hold. I ended up having to keep the catheter in for a few days. Once my surgical drain was removed, I never went back for a follow up. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so uncomfortable and out of place. It’s been two years since my procedure and I still have issues with urinary retention and need further testing to find the best treatment. I do not recommend this office.

Megan was the best! Everyone at Trillium is so inviting. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My hydra facial was amazing and can’t wait to go again!

Dr. Jason Hall was outstanding. I went in nervous and left more confident than I have in over 2 years. After losing a lot of weight I desperately needed a breast augmentation and lift and my results are perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better results. Meagan made my very first laser experience truly wonderful! I had a lot of questions and Meagan was so knowledgeable about every detail of the Halo treatment. She talked me through the treatment as she went, and made me feel so comfortable. The best part is how great my skin feels and looks now! I will definitely be coming back for more!

Dr Hall and his staff really take care of their patients. From listening to their cosmetic needs, to making sure they are satisfied with their services. I recently had Dysport with Savannah and she did a wonderful job. She made sure to understand my areas of concern and her application was painless. I saw improvement within 3 days of application and each day the results have gotten better. I am so thankful to have found an office that is friendly and most importantly educated in the services they provide.
