I would give him a zero if I could. He wanted to take over for our primary care doctor. Made the decision that my wife didn't have any allergies without doing any test. He's very arrogant and pushy.

Great doctor. He's thorough, listens to the patient, provides complete explanations of possible diagnoses, further testing plans, reasons for medications being recommended and follow-up appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Schlactus. His staff is also wonderful.

DR Schlactus is not interest in anything other than what he learned 20 plus years ago. I spoke with his nurse before scheduling my appointment to ask if he performed a particular blood test. I was assured they could do thi particular tests. Well, they don't and was made to feel belittled. He invited me to return if there was something he could help me with. Would have never booked if they would have been honest about the test I request. Scammed my insurance.

I have had nothing but issues sonce my daughter first went here. She had a bad reaction and they need to do an allergy test. Been over a week with no testing set up. Nurses have no clue what is going on and it is very unorganized. Just go elsewhere. I have had nothing but the run around and a handful of unreturned phone calls. Seems no one communicates to each other making only frustration to the client. So upset to have this happen when the Dr. seems great! Staff can ruin everything!

Couldn’t rate a zero or I would. He was a complete jerk, with a know it all attitude that doesn’t care and want to help his patients. To top it off according to this site he isnt even qualified as an allergy and sinus specialist. If you have an appointment with him save your time and schedule with someone else cause he did nothing for our child.

Does not follow up with lab results. The labs have been back for two or more weeks and I have heard nothing!

I previously saw this doctor and felt that he wouldn't listen to my concerns, quickly switched to another immunologist and much happier.
