Jeffry D Bieber's Online Review Report Card

Upon my first visit, this doctor pulled me off my arthritis medication, claimed I didn't need it and that I was given the wrong medication by my previous rheumatologist. He claimed I had Osteoarthritis, not Rheumatoid Artheritis. Not only was he wrong, because the new medication did not work for my arthritis, he wrote a note to my family physician, directly implying I was seeking drugs. Another doctor determined I do, in fact, have Rheumatoid Artherits and had to put me back on my previous medication. The lack of care I experienced at his office was astounding. If you care about your own or your loved one's health, avoid this "doctor" at all costs.

He sat down and Really explained his plan for the next steps forward for my wife who is blind. she was very impressed with his knowledge of her Rare Eye Disease VKH . He had a wonderful bedside manner. We give him a 10+

He didn’t do any test. Told me that nothing was wrong I was faking a positive Ana and told me to never come back to his office.

Spent time with me and explained I dont have ra took me off a prescription. Said he couldn't help me with osto arthritis and never tried to find what was wrong with me. He said well you want have to see me anymore. My pain is worse I guess he only treats rheumatoid arthritis. The sad part was I waited months and only wanted to find help and there was none.

As you can read from other reviews, this man has no care, concern or compassion. Get 'em in, get 'em out, collect co-pays and insurance. A friend's mother who is in her 80s went to this doctor. She took two 7.5 milligrams of hydrocodone each day for her pain from arthritis. Immediately without even examining her he informed her he did not treat "drug addicts." The lady became upset after talking with him and him ending the visit. She ended up having a heart attack that day and died in the hospital a few days later. This man does not deserve to have a medical license and should not be treating anyone.

My experience was about like several others! He walked in and ask me why I was seeing him! He really didn’t know any of my history, and it’s readily available to him through the portal! He told me that positive antibodies don’t mean anything! I have multiple symptoms that aren’t normal, and all he could tell me was I didn’t meet the criteria! I felt like he really didn’t care and just wanted me gone! He told me to ask the neurologist about some of my problems and basically said: Let’s gather your things and here’s checkout! I left feeling like he thought I was making stuff up!

Didn't answer my questions. Made me feel like I was faking my symptoms. Waited 7 months for an appointment. What a waste of time, and money.

Dr. Bieber is a good balance of being extremely knowledgeable, honest, caring, and friendly. He takes the time to listen to his patients and explain difficult medical concepts. I trust that he works very hard to stay up to date with the latest research. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

Extremely disappointed. Waste of my time and copay. Barely examined me and made me feel like I was trivial. Kept stating that I don’t have Lupus when I never even brought it up. Just wanted answers to positive ANA and symptoms. Very frustrating. No offer to do more specific bloodwork or testing. Handed me a fibromyalgia print out and abruptly ended our time.

I had my first visit with Doctor Bieber and was very pleased with my visit. He took the time to explain all about my RA and he also listend and answered all my questions and concerns. I had a question about two weeks later and went on the UT portal and Dr Bieber answered me back within hours. And his Nurse called me back same day..... Had to call their weekend answering service and the Doctor on call called me back quickly also.. I am very pleased with the care from Doctor Bieber and he made me feel much better about my outlook with this disease. I highly recommend Dr. Bieber. 5 stars
