I just had the RFA procedure performed two weeks ago by Dr. Smith...I cannot say enough good about it! For the first time in five years of back pain, I am pain-free! This procedure borders on medical magic! OMG! My experience with the front-office staff, counselors, medical staff, follow-up team and of course, Dr. Smith herself - was entirely positive. Can't rate my visit w/ Dr. Smith because she barred me from getting any treatment w/o visiting with me at all. No reason was given except that I was "Not deemed appropriate...." although she knows nothing about me.
