I have tried everything: all the fad diets, fasting, points counting, weight loss pills…you name it, I tried it. Nothing worked like this program! I have lost 60 pounds since April!!! All the ladies in the office are amazing and so sweet. Not to mention supportive!!! I enjoy catching up with them each week. I am almost to my goal weight and looking forward to my maintenance plan. I would highly recommend this program to anyone! Yes it is challenging to restrict calories, but if you follow the plan, you WILL see results!!!! I am forever grateful for this program and the staff at Medi Weight Loss!!!

I was 17 when i went to medi for the first time. I weighed 140lbs, and i was healthy. They taught me how to lose weight FAST and survive off 500-600 calories the first week. I am now 22 and have been dealing with a handful of eating disorders since. Medi weight encourages unhealthy weight loss and even prescribed me appetite suppressants at 17... how sad, this place has ruined me.

I have tried every diet, pill, and everything in between. Nothing worked. I didn't go in with high hopes but each week I have gotten just a little more excited. The weight is coming off! The staff, especially Diana, celebrate the highs and encourage you during the lows. I would suggest anyone looking to lose weight to call these ladies!
