List of Melanie Fuertes-Hunt's Reviews
I would give her 0 stars if that were an option. She put my father on a medication knowing that it causes qt prolongation and caused his Afib to act up. There were plenty of safe options, she said she was taking him off of it and did not. I wouldn't let my worst enemy see her.
Dr. Hunt recently took care of a patient (inpatient) that is now being taken care of by a physician I work with. She told this patient's family that he was dying and there was nothing to do, failure to thrive was the term given as he was transported to a nursing home and admitted to hospice. He was not properly treated medically or psychiatrically. The patient was removed from hospice and treated medically and psychiatrically by his primary care doctor. The patient is now alert and oriented, walking independently, completely stable, communicating with his family and gaining weight. On the road to recovering from the damaging care that was provided by Dr. Hunt. Shame on Dr. Hunt for not treating patients appropriately. If ,as a physician, you are not able to treat a patient or just give up, have enough compassion to either leave your position or send out to a competent physician for treatment. She is what is wrong with healthcare.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
