About 6-7 years ago, my previous gastroenterologist referred Dr. Adler to me for a novel procedure requiring specialized skill to perform. Ever since then, Dr. Adler became my longterm gastroenterologist. Dr. Adler is not only an expert in his specialized field (and proficient in new technologies), but he is also a very thorough doctor with excellent bedside manner, who always listens to you patiently and chooses the best treatment for you carefully. I am very happy to be his patient and highly recommend to anyone who may need a gastroenterologist.

I've used Dr Adler in the past. He is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeabe. He goes out of his way to keep you informed. I can always expect a call back with results and a followup on the proceedures. Could not ask more from a doctor.

I had an appointment to have a biopsy for a liver spot. First of all, they rescheduled my appointment when flights were cancelled and I couldn't make it back to Portland in time for the appt. Then Dr. Adler and his Nurse Katherine did the biopsy- they are great!! They took care to make me feel comfortable and explain the procedure. Dr. Adler called me personally a week later and explained the results (positive). He couldn't do the procedure to remove the melanoma (stage 0) due to location(near my eye) so they found, a plastic surgeon who could. I had some travel constraints that they took into account and got me an appointment directly. This is just amazing treatment and patient care; they truly personify what we want and need in healthcare. I highly recommend Dr. Adler and his team.
