Outstanding doctor! He has been our doctor for 30 years. His secretary is also outstanding. Goes out of her way to accommodate us.

Dr Miller is fabulous! He is so patient and gentle as he examines the eyes. He is the one who applies the drops to your eyes not a tech!

Simply the best cataract surgeon out there. Had my right eye done and it went so smoothly. He is patient, kind, and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. After surgery he is extremely thorough. I cannot recommend him enough.

Absolutely the best eye doctor around! Had cataracts surgery with him and he was wonderful. My eye is doing amazing and he did an incredible job. I would highly recommend him.

I w3nt to the office for an appointment booked a year and a half ago. Paid parking, hig( covid area, etc. To be greeted by a sign that the office wasn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays anymore. They had a year or more of covid time to contact patients with cancellations. I was so angry at this extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Don’t know what to do now. Told family doc and she suggested waiting a month and contacting his office. I told her it takes a week of redialling to get through. There must have been hundreds of people that were affected by this rudeness. Now what?? Good doctor though.

He & his staff are extremely competent. Prescriptions are refilled quickly, usually 2-3 days. He deals with health issues through other avenues first, like diet (for high cholesterol or high blood glucose) or by increasing a meds you are already taking instead of adding a new one. They LISTEN to you & ANSWER any questions you have. They follow up lab work with a phone call. I never feel rushed in their office. If you've an urgent need & they can't schedule you there, they'll do so at another office. If that is impossible, or if you have a medical emergency that can't wait, they'll send you to go to Urgent Care. I switched from a medical center 2 miles away to his office 25 miles away,! He's that good! Never had a problem with him or staff. They can't resolve any problems you have unless YOU SPEAK to them.

Dr. Miller is an excellent dr. but seriously his receptionist is very rude, dictates how the office runs, she does not answer phone calls or takes messages and answers her emails after a week when the patient needs help. Unfortunately, my whole family complained to dr. Miller many many times and I do not see why he keeps her. Any other efficient receptionist can take messages, book apts and reply to emails. It is not an impossible task. I think she if inefficient and needs to go. Too bad, she is ruining Dr. Miller's reputation.
