Dr. Savage is wonderful!! She takes her time explaining everything, answers questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed in the slightest. You may wait a little extra but the personal attention she gives is more than worth it. ALSO the front desk staff… PHENOMENAL!! Very friendly, super helpful and always smiling. Neurosurgery on your child is super stressful but Dr. Savage and her team make it as easy as it can be. 10/10 ⭐️ Highly Recommended!!

I've never met a doctor that can make you feel so at-ease over literal brain surgery. Dr. Savage is phenomenal! She is so skilled and knowledgeable, but also has a fantastic bedside manner and is so personable. She's created a relationship with me and my daughter and remembers us from our first appointments (years ago). I can't sing her praises enough. We thank God for Dr. Savage! The other staff have always been good to us. Tiffany and the PA, Will, especially. We have had to wait a time or two, but we are happy to, knowing the difference they are making in kid's lives everyday. We always feel like top priority when we need it and are thankful that other families get that too!

Dr Savage was amazing. Her office staff on the other hand are extremely unprofessional and dropped the ball on my son's appointments. They failed to schedule his appointment at all. I called several times and even went by the office (2 hours away) and still did not get an appointment. I was told they would call me that afternoon but they never did. I continued to call daily until I finally spoke with someone who said she couldn't even see that I had called in or stopped by and had no record that my son had an MRI in July. It has now been 2 months and they said they will call me back in October to give him an appointment. She said there is no option to be on a cancelation list and then she hung up on me. Definitely do not recommend this office. If you can do follow up appointments with another neurosurgery office, do it.
