I went for what I thought was a free consultation. My husband is a patient. I had some questions for myself. I have celiac disease and wanted to see if it could be an option. It is not for me. They changed my insurance which is ok but they changed me $47.00. I thought it was a free consultation. It is not! I paid it.

I waited a full year post op before I submitted a review for Dr. Williams and his staff. I don’t say this lightly but Dr. Williams and Allix they quite literally saved my life. When I came to them I was 306lbs though my heaviest was 328lbs. As of today I weigh in at 158lbs. Now I have put in a lot of work with working out and staying within my calories/macro goals but 306lbs…I just needed some help. The day of my surgery Dr. Williams calmed me when I was very nervous. Allix who I saw the most during my pre op visits was always so kind and explained everything so well. The administration staff was always friendly when I asked 9,000 questions post op. I couldn’t recommend a better group of people. I promise you will not regret taking this step.

I am so thankful for Dr Williams and staff at New Life Bariatric! I had a few complications after surgery and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. He is so personable and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff on the floor and even different departments had nothing but wonderful things to say about his character and dedication to his patients!

I can not speak highly enough of this office and all the staff that work here. Dr Williams was fantastic to work with. He’s great with explaining every detail and working out every concern and question I had. Not only this but her is very very through with pre op testing to ensure your success. Feel confident with choosing Dr Williams in aiding you to the new you!

Doctor Williams is so personable and direct. Sarah is amazing. She keeps up and helps patients however she can. Krystal brainstorms to help with diet changes. I can not recommend this group anymore than I do! 10/10

It was the best decision I've ever made at age 66! I'm off all meds including the shots I took for the past 30 years for MS. I've returned to work as an RN & am living my life to the fullest! Dr. Williams staff was professional & very encouraging. I'm sending friends over to the practice so they can get a second chance at life.

When doing a bariatric surgery there are many questions that you have after you leave they're also very patient informative and kind and respectful of your needs no matter how many times you call LOL! I truly had a wonderful experience and I'm so happy I took a new chance on my new life and a New journey thank you very much Dr Williams and staff they all took excellent care of me.
