List of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates's Reviews
I have to revise my review. The MRI was just fine. But, their billing is pretty bad. I had to fight with their office to get a refund of the money that I had overpaid them. Meanwhile, I was sent to a debt collection agency despite them owing me money! It eventually got straightened out and the local Knoxville staff were nice about it. Nonetheless, it was very frustrating.
Ultrasound tech, Bill, was very friendly, helpful, and professional. My treatment could not have been any better. Thank you Bill !!
The staff was awesome! Going forward, I plan to have any imaging done at this facility. It speaks volumes about the company culture when the patient experience is pleasant across different departments. Keep up the great work!
I have had two MRIs with contrast, and both times they have found the problems. The workers were so nice and helpful. Very conscious of my injury while doing the MRI. Thank you
Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend, find a different out patient center.
I have had 3 MRIs done at this facility. The staff is kind, they make the MRI as comfortable as possible, and they were extremely patient and understanding with my mobility issues. I'm used to people being rude when I can't move quickly, because apparently young people can't be in pain. At this office they never once rushed me or made fun of me. The humanity is greatly appreciated.
No one wants to get a MRI, X-ray, or CT scan. But, if you need one, I recommend this outpatient center. It's less expensive (with insurance or otherwise) than going to a hospital. Also, they seem to be very efficient. I've been twice and I didn't wait very long. The staff was friendly and made the experience as easy as possible. The radiology data is reviewed by Vista Radiology (the same group that does ParkWest and other area hospitals) and turned around very quick. My reports were given to the doctor within 24 hours. Overall: Recommended if you need their services. I drove from West Knoxville and felt that it was worth the short drive downtown.
Everyone here was so nice! Missy was the radiology Technician that was helping me out I wish I could give her a review alone, she was wonderful, I have anxiety and she was patient and kind and answered all my questions and walked me out to the front desk to see me on my way! Just a pleasent place to have testing done. The receptionists were helpful and kind as well! I called before my appointment and Sherry also told me about my bill and the cost she was so nice as well and explained the procedure to me, my bill was exactly what she told me it would be.Definitely would recommend! Thanks staff!
Loved Loved Loved this place. I called with a note from my doctor and they said, "Come on down". I was there 10 min. later :-) 1 page of paper work and I sat down to wait. They have a wonderful big TV in the waiting room with a home improvement show on nice..... Then 5 min later I was back with Missy who took my X-rays' . She is wonderful and really knows her stuff. That took about 5 min. I was so impressed with the receptionist, Missy, the TV and timing I asked to speak to the manager and she was lovely. I bet I was in and out of there in 15 min. Wonderful health care experience.
Forced to listen to some lady talk on her speaker phone with some other woman for the entire 25 minutes I had to sit in the waiting room. Some people are actually really just stupid

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
