Extremely friendly associates in her beautiful office. Dr Pamela Cain is a jewel I just happened to run across in Knoxville, TN. Migraines and other symptoms sent me looking for a dentist in the know about TMJ during the past 7 months. Finally ran across Dr Pamela Cain, and I'm so thankful that I did! She is a Godsend! Very TMJ knowledgeable! She is still running tests on my joints to see exactly how to help me. She explained her treatment plan to begin after running tests. I have found no one else in Knoxville who is TMJ savvy! Thank you Dr Pamela Cain!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They truly want you to have a positive experience. Dentist is knowledgeable, capable, and personable as is his support staff. They seem to be up on the latest technological advanves that get the job done better, swifter and potentially safer. Offices are pristine and comfortable. My only complaint is the cost, but if you want the job done correctly, sometimes you have to pay a little more. I'm in the process of getting an implant which is very costly (at least to me). I was given a credit card application during my first office visit which would allow me, if accepted, 12 months same as cash (i.e., if it's paid within a 12 month period there will be no interest charged). The office staff is also quick to take your insurance and file it for you.

I absolutely love this team I relocated to Nashville Tennessee And there is no one in my opinion that will be better than the Caines for me.

I typically do not do a review on any business let alone such a in my face , lol, presay kind of review. The only reason I am doing this now is because of the amazing care and advice I have recieved at Today's Dentistry . Dr Pam Caine has shown what an amazing passion she has in the look of my smile, but the time she has invested in the over all health of my smile as a whole. Her concern with my jaws have gone beyond ur normal attention. She has personally made a point to adjust her schedule to mine. She makes sure we have adequate time to discuss her concerns and plan of action. Not only did I recieve a phone call from her personally at 7:15 pm, but she also asked my opinion in her thoughts. 5 star's will never do justice for Dr Pams genuine personality, professionalism, kind and caring soul. I will add her staff go beyond and above to make sure I feel not only confident in my care but comfortable as well. ( and yes those words go hand n hand). Be proud and love your smile . Dr Pam and her Staff make sure of it.!!!

Wow! Dr Cain was extremely thorough, I’m still in wonder of her manner of taking such good care of her patients. I hadn’t been to dentist in forever and I was impressed beyond compare. Never had another dentist shown amazing detail to dental care for me. I can’t believe her!!! And that was just the first visit.

This was the most comprehensive dental exam I have ever received. Dr. Cain cares about your entire mouth, not just your teeth. She is awesome and I will not go anywhere else.

Me and my wife have been going to several Dentist over the years. Thank God we found Today's Dentistry. Dr. Pam Cain and Dr. Rob Cain. We have been going to Today's Dentistry for eight months. Both Dentist are totally the best Dentists that we have ever found. They and their Staff are so professional. Me and my wife are so pleased with Today's Dentistry. This is my first time ever writing a review for anyone or any place. My wife and I are up in age. We search for the best Dentistry place in Knoxville and we found the best. I have a real phobia of any type of dental work, when talking to Jessica making my appointment she assured me that I was in good hands and that both specialists would make me feel comfortable about my procedures. She was right I felt welcomed from the greeter thru my leaving everyone there made me feel as if I mattered and cared for. I am excited for the first time in my life to get the work done that I have desperately needed but was afraid to address. You have a patient for life
