List of Premier Surgical Associates's Reviews
I was taken care of by your ER staff very professionally
I had outpatient surgery and they were understaffed in admissions and in the recovery room.
Very efficient and friendly
I received the upmost respect and care from the nurses, tech, respiratory and food services. However, the all doctors were amazing with the exception of the medical director whom had the absence of bed side manner, listening caring of my needs which were extreme because I was not sleeping up 24 hours on steroids. She cold not concerned told me to take melatonin after feeling the extreme stress and now my brain was not well with the continued loss of sleepnow going on 2amd 1/2 days. So I had to confront her and tell her she does not listen to her patients period. She finally listened to me and prescribed me on e night of a emotional type drug. I got 4 hours sleep I thanked and I checked out of hospital. I asked for help from nursing manager and she gave me crickets. She never contacted me. I should not have had to go through as sick as I was. So very thankful for above mentioned support staff whom are wonderful drivers of this hospital organization as deserve the upmost respect because they definitely are the leaders.
The Mammography staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I appreciate having them so close to work and never have a less than positive experience. Thank you!
The staff at Tenova is wonderful. But the logistics leave something to be desired. It was a struggle to make my appts. I had to get my doctor involved. Then it was a struggle to actually have them show up when I came to get my tests run. The process definitely needs to be improved. But once I get there and they find my appts after a great deal of effort, it is a very good experience.
Everyone was nice and friendly and helpful
Nursing and orderly staff were unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
My mom and dad both see Dr Patel and his staff at Radiation Oncology. Mom just finished treatment for lung cancer. My sisters and I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to care for our parents. The staff makes them feel special, they are attentive to their needs and just overall the best bunch of people. They are considered extended family to us and I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of my parents. Dr Patel is awesome. He stays on top of their care and watches them closely just if they were his parents. For that he has caught new cancer early and has been able to treat it. We are forever grateful to him and his staff. You want the best in oncology care go see Dr Patel and his staff at Turkey Creek Tennova.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with my family. The only reason we will be back is because the cardiologist is amazing. As for the rest of their doctors, they do not keep the family informed. My mother was admitted and they were told by my mom and myself to please call me with any new news. I did not receive one call. The only doctor that kept in touch with me was the cardiologist. Another reason this was a bad experience they put her on a policy that allowed no visitors. When asked about it the nurse was rude to me over the phone and then proceeded to go wake my mother up at 6am harassing her over something she did not fully understand. Due to them not allowing me in to be with my mom I was not able to meet with the company that provided her with the life vest and I was not able to be educated on it. This is a concern as my mom does not remember what to do. Another concern is the discharge nurse(WHO WAS AWESOME) was going over the medications with me and we saw that they are giving Mom a med for type 2 diabetes. Funny because my mom nor I was informed of the diabetes. Also, do not trust the security with your belongings. They went to my moms room and took her purse and refused for family to pick it up. After days of fighting this they gave me the purse and when I retrieved it, it was not fully sealed. I have video proof of me walking out of the hospital with the "sealed" belongings. Anyone could have snuck in the purse and took things. Luckily that was not the case, but it could happen to others. Every time I asked to be transferred to administration, the front desk would not transfer me. I will say that Kristen, Roy, Shelia (I think that was the CNA name) and Heather were amazing to my mother and for that I thank you. You all made her life easier while she was there. As for the other rude staff members, rethink your career.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
