This office needs a manager who can schedule appointments so patients don't have to wait up to 90 minutes for the doctor. Happens every time, very rude.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Trudell's office. He is a good listener and explained my treatment options for MS in a way that I could understand.

Dr. Trudell is an attentive clinician with excellent listening and diagnostic skills. He dedicates himself to obtaining a complete understanding of the presenting concern, is respectful, kind, and is a good communicator. He integrates information well and provides clear guidance and understanding.

Worse doctor I've ever had. Really nice guy but worthless to me as a physician. I've had MS for 27 years.. I don't think he's ever treated an MS patient. I doubt if he read any of my records. I've called his office at least 5 times over the last couple of months with questions and requests. He called me back after the first 2 or 3 messages and apologized for not calling sooner. I've been having a relapse and he hasn't helped at all. I asked for an MRI. He ordered one, but just for my brain. It should have been for my brain AND spine. I've only received one call from his office. I've repeatedly left messages asking for help. Crickets.

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH M.S. IN 2008. A TERRIFIED, 40 YEAR OLD SINGLE MOTHER OF 3, & 2 GRANDBABIES. DR. TRUDELL NOT ONLY TREATED MY M.S., BUT TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME LEARN MY DIAGNOSIS WAS MANAGEABLE & NOT NECESSARILY THE DEATH SENTENCE I THOUGHT IT WAS. HE LISTENED TO ALL MY QUESTIONS AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND MY DIAGNOSIS DIDN'T MAKE ME LESS OF A PERSON, STILL THE SAME JUST A FEW THINGS TO MANAGE DIFFERENTLY. EVERY NEW SYMPTOM, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL, HE HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WAS JUST PART OF THE PROCESS AND AFTER 10 YEARS, I'M PLANNING ON HIM TAKING CARE OF ME TILL GOD CALLS FOR ONE OF US.

I’ve been seeing Dr Trudell for about 4-5 years now for PLS. Every time I see him it’s like he doesn’t even know me and never gives me a full examination. They told me when I was referred to him that he was the leading ALS Dr in the area and he was a perfect fit for me, not so much. If I could find someone else, I’d go in a heartbeat.
