comfortable and clean. He listens. I haven't ever felt rushed. First visit I thought he could use a better "bedside manner" but have come to realize he must have had a rough day. Since then, he is one I don't mind having to go to.

Excellent experience with Dr. Cohn and his team. Dr. Cohn is very knowledgeable and helpful in reducing anxieties prior to procedures. All the nurses, anesthesiologists, and other staff are super kind and helpful. The team is doing an excellent job with COVID-19 precautions.

Rude staff. Very rude stuff. The hourly receptionists that gave me the wrong information didn’t want to admit fault after I told them I would confirm with my family member If that date worked. I called back to secure the appointment and the receptionist told me I was wrong based off of the information they had just given me. Instead of admitting fault they chastised me for telling them that maybe I spoke with someone that passed along inaccurate information. You guys literally just lost thousands of dollars based off of your ignorance and aggression. I would not allow the ladies that worked 10/1 around 13:30 to work my lemonade stand. There are a ton of GI doctors and I believe the receptionists didn’t ever receive that important memo. When God made one, he made a lot more. If I could leave zero stars I would

Hunter Cohn as one of the best and only for me gastrologist. His kindness, consideration, and knowledge is above any doctor that I've known in this area. Outstanding surgeon outstanding knowledge a procedures we'll take the time to explain to you exactly what's going to happen. 5 * everything as to this doctor. Best bedside manners that any patient could ever ask for he will take his time do you answer all and any of your questions concerns or anything about the procedure that you may be going through. Has great knowledge, he researches everything for you and explains exactly what you were going to have to go through as far as surgeries and other issues I give him five stars across the board. No one likes to have to go to this type of doctor but if you have to go, this is the guy for you. Dr. Cohn has treated me as well as many of my family members. There is not a more compassionate, knowledgeable doctor in his field. I have no problem referring family and friends to him because I know they will get the same excellent care that I have received.
