List of Sibyl Wray's Reviews
I've been seeing Dr. Wray since 2003. She and her staff have been wonderful. She is very professional but always takes time with any problems or concerns. MS has progressed some but she kept me working until I retired at 65. I can now work in my yard and pretty much what I need to do if I rest often and stay on my meds. I would highly recommend and have done that several times.
Dr. Wray’s office is poorly managed and patient care is not a priority. Office staff will not return phone calls, results from lab testing were never conveyed, ordered procedures were never scheduled.
She is an excellent doctor who is knowledgeable and caring. She knows all the current treatments for M S and goes beyond to help you. I give her 5 Stars plus
My wife is a patient here and Dr. Wray and her PA Chanelle do not deserve to be called doctors, and should not be allowed to see any patients. They have a horrific bedside manner and are completely dismissive of their patients concerns. My wife is now seriously considering the 9 hour one way trip to see her old neuro or simply ending treatment altogether. Let that sink in. DO NOT SEE THEM, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

And I could really talk to her.about my.ms prob. I do like Dr Wray.but I felt safe knowing dr.kelsey was their when dr.wray was gone.i felt like she cared so much about helping all of us.with ms.and I felt at a young as she was that said something about the person she was Please forgive my typeting my hands shake alot. Dr Wray is very intelligent about ms.and all the latest new trials going on that would help her ms.patiens. and she felt safe for all us ms.patiens when we saw dr.kelsey. I don't know what happend but maybe she will come back.thank you Karen Bates
Dr. Wray was a ray of hope after a horrible experience with another neurologist. She looked at the films I brought with me and immediately saw problems. She actually sat down, LISTENED, looked me in the eye, never made me feel rushed, and showed genuine compassion. She's the bar for me when it comes to a neurologist. If I still lived in her area, she'd still be my neurologist. Thank you Sibyl Wray!!
Dr Wray is very knowledge about MS and available treatments. However, her staff returning my calls might be several days. I was scheduled for a infusion three times. One time I arrived on time for my infusion and was told my medicine was not there. I had to leave. I was not notified of that. My driver had taken off from work to take me there. Over the past six weeks I have been so frustrated with the person responsible for getting my meds approved in a timely manner and informing me of if insurance is approving. I was not notified my infusion was cancelled till I called them at 4ish pm the day before I was scheduled. Bad communication with them.
Dr. Wray is bad about canceling the day of appointments. Canceling and not rescheduling. They leave you hanging not knowing when can get another appointment. Has happened 2out of 3 times. Also, slow or no follow up on tests or orders for tests. She is an expert when it comes to MS. But is the frustration worth it?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
