List of Steedman ACKAH Sarbah's Reviews
Dr. Sarbah is the best. He explains things where you can understand him and he is very thorough during appointments. I've been seeing him since 2016. I will only see him. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Sarbah for all you have done for me. He's truly a blessing 🙏
Very professional and caring love the fact he listen
Office staff is extremely rude. Very unprofessional. Dr does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Practice discharged my husband in the middle of diagnostics because I assertively advocated for my husband. Very disappointed.
I absolutely love dr steedman But why is it so hard to get ahold of anyone to get an appointment Is there an easier way to get someone to pick up the phone I need an appointment asap an no one will answer 5 stars for the Dr
Dr. Sarbah is awesome. Super nice guy and patiently answered my absurd questions as I awoke from Anesthesia. lol The issue I had was a) it took around 6 months to schedule a colonoscopy and b) my insurance ended up getting billed for over $6,500 for a colonoscopy. It was not clear to me that 3 separate healthcare providers and the hospital would bill me for $800-$2,600 each until the bills showed up in the mail. Insurance got billed for 4 "surgeries". Insurance covered all but $1,000 of it. In the future I will be looking at an outpatient clinic to keep costs lower. 10/10 for the healthcare provider 0/10 for the absurdity of the US healthcare billing system and the lack of transparency for pricing.
Absolutely no help
.Dr. Steedman is the best doctor I have ever been too. He is SO nice and caring and concerned about your health. He takes his time and explains everything to you. And he is very intelligent. All of his staff are very nice also. I highly recommend Dr. Steedman
If there was ever such a thing as a pleasant colonoscopy, this is the person you want performing it. I actually got the two for one deal where I had the upper and lower procedure performed at the same time. Dr. Sarbah was awesome and made sure I understood everything. Explained in simple terms so even I could understand. I was so dreading my first time but Dr. sarbah put me at ease and the procedure was so nothing. I needn't to have worried.
Dr. Sarbah made me feel very comfortable on my 1st visit. He was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn't "talk down" to me but explained everything in easy to understand terms. He allowed me to say what I needed without interruption, which is rare. He He seems genuinely committed to helping people with compassion and asks all questions that might help in diagnostics. I have seen other GI doctors in Knoxville but none have come close to DR. Sarbah. It sometimes takes a while to get an appointment but the wait is worth it if you can afford to do so. I would recommend Dr. Sarbah to anyone with digestive issues.
Dr. Sarbah is a God send to field of liver disease. Through my initial diagnoses of cirrhosis he was the one doctor who saw 'me' and knew I was scared and needed someone kind and knowledgeable. He always greets me with a smile, makes eye contact and listens with intent, presents a game plan, and gives me the confidence to stay strong. He has used his outstanding knowledge to help guide me down the correct medical path. He genuinely cares and I couldn't ask for more!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
