Stephen Boyce's Online Review Report Card

Very honest, very educational from the very start. I’m not sure Dr. Boyce set out to do this during our initial meeting but he was very clear about the pros and cons of bariatric surgery and ultimately I waited a while before I made the decision to get surgery. His staff was the same. Nothing was sugarcoated. I’m 3 weeks post surgery and feel really good. The post surgery staff immediately after surgery was very attentive and patient. So far so good!!

I compared stories from friends and family across the country about their experiences and I'm so glad I chose Tennova Baritric Surgery! 40 pounds gone already! I can't emphasize this enough: follow their instructions and don't cheat. It works!!

Started my bariatric journey at the end of 2018, first with the free seminar and then with my first consultation. February of 2019 had my BPD/DS, and have never regretted this decision. Dr. Boyce is one of the best bariatric surgeons and it shows in his work, and his staff reflects that as well. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable offering support with all issues. I was nervous going into the whole thing but after meeting Dr. Boyce and examining my options, I knew this was the right decision for me

It took way too long waiting on them to call me back to see the doctor. After getting called back, the nurse was very pleasant, efficient and competent. Dr. came in and ask necessary questions to assess the problem. He then told me that I would have a test to try an solve my problem and if that doesn’t show up, I would have to have upper G. I. The doctor was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and understood my problem. So he gave orders to nurse and she said I would receive a call to set appointment for my test. I really liked the nurse and doctor. The reason for not getting 5 star, was too long a wait in registration.

Dr. Boyce is great, he listens to your health concerns and looks at results of past tests. Talks to you about your choices and how they are done. And asks what one you were interested in, and tells you what he feels is the best choice for you. I myself was interested in the sleeve, he explained why I would benefit more by bypass, he explained so clear a child would understand. I had alot of concerns but he eased my mind about them. Knowing he and his staff will be there to support me on this journey each step of the way is great!! Definitely would recommend him!!

The staff are amazing and they are always on top of calling me back when I have questions or need anything, I couldn’t have ask for a better Doctor, This office is the greatest

This doctor was very caring and took time to explain everything that I had concerns with and also my husband questions. I will highly recommend him.

The office was very clean and very nice staff. The procedure got explain very well to me, and my husband made us feel very comfortable with the decision that we had made.
