Doctor Boyce and his staff are extremely helpful and pleasant!

We met with Dr. Boyce for a consultation on getting the gastric sleeve. He was patient to answer all of our questions, professional in his appearance, very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the procedure and pre and post op issues. He brings tears of experience to the table and came highly recommended from friends and other drs.

I usually dread going into a doctors office because of how unfriendly the staff and doctors are. From the time they called me back I was so relieved. Every person that came in my room from the nurse to Dr. Boyce to the lady over insurance I was blown away by how nice they were. They didn’t make me feel bad or ashamed for being overweight. I would recommend to anybody.

I found your staff to be very kind, helpful and they do not show any judgement. Once I was in the office which did not take long it was enlightening with all knowledge that was shared, Dr.Boyce was not in a hurry answering all my questions. Great Dr and staff great at every corner.

Everyone was very kind. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, making sure I understood exactly what was going to, or could happen. I never once felt uncomfortable to be there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyce's for about 15 years. He performed my gastric bypass initially and has been there every step of the way even when I was at a hospital he did not work at, he made sure someone he trusted was taking care of me. He has gone out of his way to be there if I had issues...he is truly a patient advocate. I have recommended him for years and will not stop.

Patient care is not a priority.

Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a Drs office that will fight for you regarding insurance. They’ll just say it’s an ‘elective’ surgery even though you have underlying conditions and your physician wanted you to have this surgery!! They’ll ignore you, and “get tired of dealing with you”. The office manager Crystal accused me of asking them to commit fraud because I asked her to fight for me regarding my insurance! Literally one of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. Go to Parkwest. even their website states they have years of dealing with insurance companies and their staff knows how to word things for insurance approval. Tennovas office manager however believes that to be “fraud”.
