I had a neck lift , upper and lower eyes done Nov 2020. My face had not been right since. It is a struggle every day not to be depressed! Wish I had asked more question before the procedure. Put to much trust in Dr. Smith. My neck and right side of my face has so much pressure and tightness. My face feels like there is a mask on it. My eyes and neck feel tight. So much pressure! There is nerve damage all over my face! Dr Smith blames my body for not healing right. He take no blame and offers no advice on how to fix the issue. My lips even have a tightness, burning feeling and feel swollen. I regret every day for doing this! I never would have thought having a neck lift and eyes done would cause so much pain and pressure!

Dr. Smith is everything an more in a plastic surgeon! I had old saline implants removed an replaced with memory gel! So glad I did! Dr. Smith did an exceptional job! I am so happy with my results!! Had a necklift and upper and lower eyes done Nov 2020. My neck is still very numb and tight, My eyes still have a tightness to them and do not feel normal. My right side of my face just does not feel normal. My face looks normal just does not feel right with all the tightness and pain. Wish I had asked more questions before having the surgery! It is a struggle every day dealing with the pain and tightness in my neck.

Dr Smith is the very best for fillers and botox not to mention how great he does on lips !!! He is amazing just to sum it up!!!!!!

I wrote this several months ago with my first surgery and I have since had two more surgeries and I still feel like the luckiest lady in the world to have chosen such a fantastic doctor. He has performed 3 surgeries for me and if I choose to have anything else done he will be my choice again and again. His skill is beyond compare. His guidance and encouragement have meant the world to me. His suggestions of procedures for the best and long term results have been perfect. The staff he has gathered to support him are top of the line. Angie has been his surgical nurse with all 3 of my surgeries and I believe her expertise allows Dr. Smith to perform his job smoothly’, professionally, accurately, safely, and timely, He is very lucky to have her as his surgical nurse. I have had two anesthesiologist both were equally fantastic. Kristi, and all the other wonderful ladies that are nurses and support staff that I can’t remember their names have been blessings to me on my journey and I can never thank them enough for their support. Last but certainly not least Shaun the receptionist goes beyond her call of duty to be welcoming and making sure you appointments are scheduled timely. This is my place. My choice! My group! My team! The best of the best of the best b I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Smith and his entire staff. I had my first consultation a few months prior. Dr. Smith and the nurse were very helpful and listened as I explained my situation and what my ideal goal was. Of course Dr Smith has to see what he has to work with. That is not great fun and I presented challenges. Dr. Smith was extremely professional. You can certainly tell he has a great mind and skill for his art. I believe him to be extremely talented. I had several prior abdominal scars that I was sure very little could be done. Ladies and gentlemen he did amazing. His support staff are of the highest caliber. I had surgery Friday the 11th. I no longer have two belly buttons. I I have ONE very nice button centrally located. Old scars are gone and healing is coming along nicely. I recommend everyone that chooses to have elected corrective surgery go have a consultation with Dr. Smith. He will listen. He will take a look to see what he has to work with. Watch his mind go to work and listen to what he recommends. If after your consultation with him you choose to have elected surgery follow his instructions. You are never alone the staff is always there to guide you. Extremely helpful and supportive. I had follow up Monday after surgery on Friday. Dr. Smith was pleased with my progress and so was I. I will see Dr Smith again on Monday 21st for a second follow up. He keeps a close watch of his patients. I am very thankful for him and his fantastic staff.

I had a breast augmentation done by dr. Steven smith on may 1st 2020. I am coming up on my 1 year post op visit & to say I’m satisfied is an understatement. I went in thinking I wanted something totally different than what I ended up with because dr. Smith was so open with me and explained everything to me clearly & gave me the best options for my body & I love how they turned out. My only regret is not going sooner! Best plastic surgeon in Knoxville!

Dr. Smith is amazing! I felt very confident having him as my surgeon and he more than exceeded my expectations. I got a rhinoplasty and now I have a perfect nose that enhances my features. I highly recommend!!! Edit: It’s been 3 years and my nose is still doing great. My confidence has been boosted tremendously and I am so happy that I got this procedure done!! My best friend just got a rhinoplasty this year from Dr. Smith and she loves hers as well!! He does a great job at making it look natural and no one has ever noticed that either one of us has had a nose job:)
