Very chaotic and disorganized leading to way more stress than necessary. They say sit anywhere in the lobby and listen to be called but then you can never find who called your name. Also why do I need to be here at 9:20 when I don’t get called back until after 10:10? My time is just as important as anyone else! The initial start up of diagnosis and getting treatment coordinated was also just as stressful as every visit thus far. All the practitioners are lovely but the management of patients needs work.

When my husband and I were moving here, we were concerned about finding all new medical care for him...Tennessee Cancer Specialists have been incredible since our first phone call inquiry. Dr Iboch and the entire staff provide great care with compassion and kindness. We highly recommend them!

This is an exceptional facility and they have taken such good care of my son. He had a pulmonary embolism and still has a blood clot in his leg, and they are very attentive and on top of everything with his health.

Dr Schumaker and all of the staff was wonderful during my visits. I have zero complaints. He listened and helped me toward a diagnosis. I highly recommend seeing him or their other wonderful Doctors. If only I could find a Rheumatologist…..
