So I want to say that my surgeon, Dr. Beasley, was amazing. She was willing to see me even when the office refused and garunteed her care for 90 days post op regardless. So this review is nothing against her but more with the office itself. I was supposed to have a one month telehealth check up with my nutritionist, but they turned me away because I couldn't pay on my balance at the time. Even though I pay on my balance when I can. So be prepared for that to happen if you can't pay them when they ask. That's just messed up from a patient perspective. Patient care should be the first priority, not money. Let collections handle it instead of turning people away. So basically I'm almost 5 months post op and have had ZERO aftercare from the office and have been doing this all on my own.

Dr. Beasley was my surgeon and she is amazing! Super thorough, genuinely cares about all of her patients. And they set you up for success! I will always recommend her to anyone looking into bariatric surgery! I had VSG 5/2021

Dr. Lodeiro performed Gastric Bipass on me Tuesday and she was excellent! Highly recommend!

Dr. Beasley was my surgeon and was very attentive to all questions and concerns I had prior to and after surgery. I never had a problem after surgery either. Her office staff also had their stuff together. Much more than an other practice I had worked with. I loved that I could do video calls with the nurse and dietician. Everyone was very kind and professional. I highly recommend.

It’s a great facility for surgery. But be prepared for a horrible billing department that will not even return calls. They issue claims with wrong codes. I have learned to never make a payments until the claims are re-submitted correctly to insurance. I am out $400 that I didn’t even owe because it was covered on my insurance but they will not re-submit the claim

Dr. Beasley has performed two surgical procedures for me and she is wonderful. Her nurse Mandy is great and always returns my calls or emails quickly. I could not have asked for better care.

Dr Boyce and his staff are very patient focused. They go to great lengths to make sure your surgery is successful. I have had no issues with my surgery. If I had it to do over again; I would definitely have Dr Boyce perform the surgery.

Dr. Beasley is a phenomenal doctor and gifted surgeon! She makes her patients feel so at ease! I’ve never met a doctor quite like her!! She really takes time and really listens to her patients thoughts and concerns. As a nurse, I really appreciate her attention to detail and long term commitment to her patients! If you are considering Bariatric surgery you should check her out!!
