Great experience with the staff and doctor; warning below though that I highly recommend this office (and all fertility clinics) to disclose. WARNING FOR WOMEN TAKING CLOMID: part of the fertility tests for the female involves taking clomid to trigger ovulation. I didn't know this, but it increases the chances of an ectopic pregnancy. This is exactly what happened to me, and I had an emergency surgery at Park West week 8 and lost baby and a fallopian tube. Although I had a good experience with the medical professionals at this clinic, the financial practices are less than appropriate. I have been in contact for several days regarding issues with billing. They decide what to charge and when to charge it and they change the prices of items at will. Those going thru infertility are very vulnerable (as I was) and it's extremely disappointing to see a clinic steal money from those suffering. I work in the medical field and understand that this is how they make a living, but they could do so without exploiting their patients. They do "take insurance" but because they do most bloodwork in house it will not apply to your deductible or out of pocket. From what I can tell the claims were never dropped to my insurance company. Like I said, the provider is great, but I would ask for itemized copies of what to expect for billing PRIOR to signing any contracts or making any payments. If I need fertility services in the future I will not be returning here due to the shady billing practices. *After the response I need to clear up the fact that there were several times I visited the clinic and did NOT have a package-- during these times there were NO claims dropped to my insurance company. My insurance company does cover blood draws.

Our family had such a great experience with The Fertility Center of Knoxville. We are so grateful for Dr. Donesky and all of his staff! The Lab tech is absolutely amazing, NP and Nurse was always so welcoming and kind and very knowledgeable and always gave me a peace of mind so thank you Kirsten and Alicia. Front desk receptionist always had a welcoming smile on her face every time I came in and always greeted me by name she was very friendly! We could not ask for more professional and friendly staff! We would definitely recommend Dr. Donesky and his staff to help others grow their families. We are forever grateful for all of you and your help! Thank you!

AMAZING all around! The Fertility Center Knoxville was our saving grace in our infertility journey! My husband and I now have a beautiful 3 month old daughter. We could not have entered this new chapter of our life without them. They will forever be part of our family!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr D and all the wonderful ladies here. If you are looking for a good atmosphere and people that feel like family, this is the place to go. They are all simply amazing and truly care about you. This will be my first, but I have no doubt if I want to carry again that I’d be right back in this office.
