Covenant Health keeps billing me for charges I've already paid. I called the billing office.. they agree that I have paid. My credit card shows I already paid.. but yet.. today I get another reminder saying we have an outstanding balance. This has happened several times before. If Covenant Health can't get the billing right.. they're probably adding fraudulent charges and over billing patients. How many people don't question the bills and end up paying two or three times? Covenant Health probably keeps the extra money. I like my doctor at Parkway Cardiology... but I'm thinking about changing doctors so we can get away from Covenant Health's incompetent billing department.

I wish I could leave 100 stars. My journey started when I fractured my C2 vertebrae . The scans showed lesions on my spine. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. The cancer was in the C2 and a few other vertebrae. With it being so close to my brain certainly insurance would cover the treatments. My insurance denied the treatments. They tried everything they could and still insurance failed me. Hannah had to tell me the news and I could hear it in her voice she was so disappointed and so was I. I was heartbroken. I was scared of having to get traditional radiation and the damage it would cause. They referred me out and a few days passed. I saw that familiar number calling me, it was Hannah. She told me she had good news. They were going to treat me regardless of what my insurance covered. I write this review in tears because what they did for me was so amazing, what a gift ! I’m going to my last treatment tomorrow. The final time I’ll lay on that table and listen to music and relax . They make it fun and relaxing. I just can’t say enough good things about them. They have blessed me. Such amazing people. Thank God for them.

Be very careful going to them. It appears they injected spacer gel which is intended to protect other organs directly into my prostate thus protecting the cancer and causing the radiation to fail. The bad part is I was having this done as safety precaution with a 6 Gleason score. Now my cancer has mutated to 7 Gleason and I’m going through salvage treatments.

There is a nurse on staff by the name of Mandee Yearwood. She is anti vaccine and spreads very false, very dangerous lies in the name of Christianity. She is a danger to others. She talked my daughter in law into skipping vaccines and our baby got very ill with a preventable illness.

Would never step foot into this office. Any business that retains an employee such as Emily Queener doesn’t even deserve to be in business. Stalking innocent children , ABUSING her own children ( videos posted in several other reviews) should have any type of health care liscense revoked! Putting her children through the worst mental health crisis because she is obsessed with an Ex husband is beyond unacceptable. Please do better convenant! Get rid of her!

You have a nurse there, Emily Queener, who is attacking a sick child. You need to investigate this because this is how Lucy Letby started.

Emily Queener is a Nurse who wishes death on innocent disabled babies.. If this is what Covenant health represents I’d never be seen here!

Terrible customer service. The people in the er have zero knowledge of any questions. The one lady is extremely rude. You go in because you are hurt and they tell you beds are full due to having to wait till 8 am to admit patients to the hospital. Like does no one work at night. Don’t come here if you hurting they do not care!

I have been cancer free for 5 years now after having graduated the proton therapy treatments.

we were on vacation when my mother was taken there yesterday. I was just in awe at fast the ambulance came and took her to your hospital. From the time she rode in the ambulance until she was released was 3 hrs. I am still in disbelief how well put together your whole team is. Tyler the RN showed so much compassion. I would recommend your hospital to anyone. Thank you so much for how well you treated my mother. God bless you Gwendolyn cresswell
