Total Recovery Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to total recovery for awhile and know alot of others that go to them also and i love it!Everyone is so great and nice and willing to help you in anyway they can!♡

The doctors are great! However, I have no clue what's going on at that front desk. Somehow half way through the year is the first time I hear about a deductible I've never had to pay with any doctor since this year began. Also had no seen the counselor in two months and somehow that was the patients fault. Not the scheduler. I wouldn't recommend seeing these idiotic people. Do better front desk.

If you're starting over fresh out of rehab and don't have anything and are rebuilding this probably ain't the place for you. Wouldn't see me because I don't have any "physical government issued ID" or my "physical" insurance card. Lots of us are just getting our lives back together and our government documents and to get turned away like I did when I just needed help and also had other documents like from my rehab was so discouraging. They didn't even give me resources or anything or a referral to anywhere else. 0 stars if it were possible. SEvida and REvida are the best and got me in the next day of me calling.

The fact that this clinic is owned and operated by medical doctors is impressive. Having a psychiatrist on staff will definitely increase the success of recovery for their patients!!

I love Lisa and Emily at the front desk. I think the world of Dr. Campbell and Steven. Keep up the amazing job !!!!! You are definitely a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !!!!

This clinic isn't just a clinic.. It's family. The compassion I feel when I walk in is beyond words. They saved my life, and are continuing to do so

I switched here from my dr in Chattanooga I had been going to for 2 years. I was driving 2 hours there and back after moving back home to maryville and I didn’t want to switch. I was very skeptical because I have been to another place when I first moved to Chattanooga and they were so judgmental and just gross all together. All they were there for was the money from my INS. Dr Campbell has been amazing! I felt so comfortable with him with my very first visit with him. He has treated me wonderful in the 2/3 months I have been there he treats me like I’m someone he’s known for a while. I can talk to him about anything and not feel like I’m being judge. Lisa is wonderful too. She and I always have laughs while I’m there. I feel horrible for having to reach out after hours but I got a prompt response. I’m going to the beach and I thought dr Campbell knew the day I was leaving(a day early from script pick up) and I don’t think I told him the exact date so that’s my fault but I called Walgreens to get it today they said no because no dr communication. I reached out via fb and got a response shortly after and even though it’s after hours Dr Campbell has called Walgreens and gotten this all straightened out! I’m so thankful to have them. There aren’t many places around the area that take my INS so I though I was gonna get stuck with someone like I had in Chattanooga the first time but I was so wrong and I cannot wait to work with dr Campbell more. Hopefully even when I’m no longer on this medication I’ll still be able to see the staff here because they are beyond amazing!
