List of University Of Tennessee Cancer Institute's Reviews
The most caring, competent physicians and staff. I feel as if I really matter and always receive their complete undivided attention. During one of the most stressful, emotional times in my life, I have my team at UT Cancer Center to rely on......
I’m at the center nearly every day and always have a great experience! The front desk, nurses, and volunteers are always friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Cutrer and his nurse Ala’a, and they have both been so wonderful throughout my treatment. I couldn’t ask for a better team!
Completely unprofessional & very rude doctors. Will not be recommending anyone to them. 100% heartless.
Breast cancer survivor Thank you Dr Julian Lloyd and Hanna Crawford. God has Blessed me with your loving care. May you continue to bring heartfelt concern and comfort to us all.
I had gone to a dr in Jefferson City. After an ultrasound and biopsy, I was told I didn’t have cancer. After two weeks, I had been feeling like something was wrong so I decided to call UT Cancer and made and appointment. Same day of my visit dr told me my biopsy was nothing more than tissue. So yes I had cancer. If I had not gone here I would be dead today. I am so thankful for the drs and staff all very professional. It takes a wonderful person to do this job and still care for the patients with the love and concern day in and day out. Some people don’t understand what these drs and nurses see on a daily basis. I don’t know how they do it. They listen and do a wonderful job. They care. I am so grateful, appreciative and I thank God for them everyday! I’ve been in different hospitals where it isn’t like this. These people are top quality professionals! I will always support them and always come here. Thank you!
Dr. DeLong has been incredible. He thoroughly explains everything and follows up!
The one star is because the staff is friendly. However, do not expect any privacy in the infusion center. Everyone present will hear your name and date of birth and why you are there and any sideeffects or problems you are having the entire time you are there. In this day of cameras, there is no need for open bays. There is zero patient privacy and your treatment is compartmentalized. I would forego treatment rather than receive it here.
Receptionist are very nice and friendly, but several of the nurses are extremely rude! They may need more training on compassion, and stop being so mean and rude to family and patients on the worst days of their life
I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! Waited 2 hours and 38 minutes and STILL two people in front of me!? I am furious that Dr. Walid Hanna can have such EGREGIOUS time management skills and waste the time of patients repeatedly!! A most horrible experience!! NEVER NEVER NEVER use this practice
Great had bladder cancer the late Dr Walters save my life Breast cancer unrelated, recovered excellent my follow up has been great. We are very fortunate to have this medical fivality in Knoxville area.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
