From the beginning of my experience until now, Dr. Lloyd and her team have been stellar. My surgery went very well, and they were able to remove all of the cancer. She and her staff treat their patients like they are human beings. I highly recommend her!

I'm very concerned after watching the video of your security guards committing numerous criminal violations against the public. The response from the supervisor shows that he didn't even review the video before making up his list of excuses.

HOW DARE your INEPT SECURITY OFFICERS ILLEGALLY DETAIN and SEARCH a PRIVATE CITIZEN who has not committed any ARTICUABLE CRIME, and is only there to provide transportation for another private citizen (relative or not, makes no difference) from your facility ????????? You should be ASHAMED of yourselves UT MEDICAL CENTER! And all 'Security Officers' who acted under 'color of law', and not actual VALID LAWFUL ACTIONS, be at MINIMUM REPRIMANDED & SUSPENDED (without pay) if not actually TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT! Disappointed and disgusted that you allowed this to happen. You think my little post is bad? I'm just one tiny straw, the real weight upon the back of your proverbial camel is imminent...just WAIT until this REALLY goes viral...I would suggest you take some time-specific pr action and start issuing some public apologies post-haste...then again, it may already be too little, too late... This facebook page is public record. Deleting any comment left by the public is illegal. You might want to look up facebooks rules on the matter plus the states laws. Deleting comments just shows that you are unwilling to correct any problems. It shows you don't care about policy or laws. It shows you think you are above the law. All anyone has to do is go to Youtube, look up, "Security Guards Illegally stating they are police and false detainment in Knoxville Tn" They will find a most embarrassing video that you people should NOT be ignoring.
