Great place!Friendly, clean and efficient and in healthcare..... that’s rare.This is why I drive from west Knoxville to this location ..... because all the docs and PAs here treat you for exactly what you have going on. They do not try and give you a medicine you do not need or order a non necessary test. They get to the root of the problem and handle it right the first time, they are all a breath of fresh air with the living hell covid19 has put our healthcare system in! So thank you to every single wellkey urgent care employee!! Kudos.

It was a wonderful experience. I had to have stitches on my eyebrow line. I was very nervous. The nurse practitioner and her nurse did a excellent job and made me feel at ease. The stitches are perfect. Im impressed. Titus shot didn't hurt. Very happy well go there again if needed. They treated with care and compassion. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Was texted after spending ten minutes in my car waiting that my copay for a COVID-19 test would be $100. Canceled & went to afc for free for a negative test result
