For the past year, Dr. Hall's actions have been unprofessional and far below the standard of care. Dr. Halls has proved to be both ineffective and uninterested in treating my child. Dr. Hall failed to provide a much needed specialist referral despite numerous requests, rescheduled appointments several times, and refused to see my child after a check-in because, "she was running behind." The result is lack of treatment, delayed diagnosis, and delayed care.

Dr. Hall was promptly available near my daughters appointment time, efficiently and professionally navigated the health issue, quickly secured the needed tests, developed a care plan and followed-up quickly. One of the best healthcare service experiences EVER! Thank you Dr. Hall.
