She asked me if anyone else in my family had seizures, I said my daughter and she actually said your daughter is probably thinking out of all the things you could have passed down you passed on your seizure disorder! My appointment was at 2:30 I finally was seen at 3:30. First time seeing her was was supposed to be a 30 min get to know you visit was about 15 min and I left feeling rushed and speechless for what she had said.

Dr Pearman is great I’d give her 5 stars if it wasn’t for all the issues before the appointments. You’re guaranteed to wait AT LEAST 45 mins from the time of your appointment until you’re moved to a room. The staff is really friendly but sometimes There’s no one at the front desk and you sit and wait even longer.

I love Dr. Pearman as my doctor. She is thorough, efficient, caring, complete, and very competent. I do not like it at all when she works at the office in front of the hospital. The welcoming crew or person in Lafollette is not very attentive, very rude, and it takes about 3 times longer per visit for an appointment.

I brought my elderly mom to see her for the 1st time she listened to my mom and answered all her questions and mine . Very caring and very informative to all of our questions. You can tell she totally cares about her patients

The Patient Portal was not exactly done the way the receptionist told me. She said I would get an email. Never got an email. Figured it out on my own and am waiting for blood work results and have not gotten them on my portal nor have I got a phone call back yet. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to show up on my portal. It has been well over that so of course now I’m getting nervous that something is terribly wrong. I’ve called the office and left 2 messages that I’m still waiting for lab results. Still no response yet. I guess I keep waiting.
