Didnt even go. Talked to the receptionist and she was extremely RUDE I wouldnt advice anyone to go there

In calling and needing a easy task was yelled at and phone slammed down hung up on by the obese lady the two ladies working there are rude to elder patients and definitely do not need to be employed in a hospital environment more suited for road crew workers. Also they informed me that they are not employed thru tennova hospital basically letting me know there is no way of reporting there rude and unprofessional behavior. Im unfortunately a patient the doctor is great his pencil pushers very rude and feel entitled.

I have been going to Dr. Mansour for over 26 years. He has also been the doctor for many of my family members. I feel that Dr. Mansour truly cares for his patients and will keep working until he has his answers.

I went to hospital for anxiety and was sent to facility for senior citizens 2 12 hours away with other patients with Alzheimers homeless or that had tried to kill themselves when l asked for patient rights the rights were not accurate with what they allowed me to doone of which was to get writing utensils one of which was a pencil l wrote 4 papers which were given to a doctor that first question to me was l havent seen you before are you a nurse duh Many more inaccurate information just

Dr. Mansour is a caring yet efficient doctor. He is extremely friendly and will always find a way to make his patients at ease whether it be with a joke or just his big charismatic smile. I always leave his office feeling confident about my treatment and well informed as to my prognosis and continuing care. I would not even consider changing to another lung doctor for any reason what so ever.
