at first they were helpful with a few issues. Dr robbins failed to listen to my concern on an issue. I kept going back for same problem. I went back a total of 4 times. Never took my concern seriously. This ended in me having a substantially larger issue that will effect me possibly for life. At least the foreseeable future. And called after my hospital stay like they had no idea what the problem was. Very unprofessional treatment. I will never go back nor would i ever recommended Dr robbins.
Great place to go to dr. The waiting time is always very little and staff is wonderful. Tonya Davis is the best dr around!
Had been experiencing wonderful medical services here until I was referred to the Lafollette medical center for a umbilical hernia repair surgery, and even though sceptically agreed, I let the clinic schedule it. As well known with LMC it was nearly from day one a disaster. I repeatedly made recurring visits to both the hospital and tri-city clinic for continuous problems beginning with MRSA from the first day repeat visit with both the referral doctor and from the doctor who performed the surgery. After another physician looked at the wound some 6 weeks later then the performing doctor said it was natural healing and sent me home only for another one of my routine physicians to look at it again and say it's not properly healing and for me to see my"primary care" doctor as soon as possible. At which time approximately 1 litre of infection was drained. Well in the meantime my cardiologist had opened my shirt to listen to my chest and at which time he stressed it was not healing properly and asked if I would consider seeing a doctor there. And I did agree and within a week a re-repair surgery was done and thankfully I can say probably saved my life as the physician advised I was near sepsis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
