Best hospital experience I have ever endured. I had an outpatient heart procedure and Darrell, Linda and Tatum eased my anxiety and did so with the UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM and care imaginable. Everything went so much easier than anticipated and special thanks to Darrell for the out of this world Michael Jackson juice. This was my first visit to Lafollette medical center but certainly wish I had other procedures done there.

I had very good stay had great nurses nice,respectful,caring.Same with housekeeping service was nice ,friendly.All other departments were the same as well.Overall had a very good experience.

Best hospital i ever been to. The staff was wonderful and caring. Everyone from the doctors, to the nurses, to the nurses aids went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable an took care of. If i ever have to go again, Lafollette Med Center will be my first choice. Thank all of you for your politeness and professionalism.

I would give a zero if I could. Tried calling around hospitals for my lost grandfather. Every hospital I called was able to tell me if he was there or not while searching. All EXCEPT this one. Spoke to a lady named Pam who was obviously new and was unable to get any supervisor on the phone to speak with me. She stated that she would be violating HIPPA. However, I was not asking for any medical information regarding him at all. My family and I just needed to know if he had been taken to this hospital or not and she gave us such a hard time. Pam was blatantly rude and unhelpful. Needs retrained on HIPPA (obviously). Hospitals are permitted to answer if a patient is there if you ask for that patient by name. Horrible service.

After being diagnosed with Covid, my doctor scheduled the infusion. Everyone was so professional, courteous, friendly, and even joking. I felt very comfortable while receiving the transfusion. The staff carefully and throughly answered all the questions.

My husband was seen in the ER and then Admitted to the hospital for one week. During such a scary time for us both all staff took amazing care of us. From the ER doctors and nurses compassionate and professional bedside manner to the X-ray and lab tech who went out of their way to comfort not only him but me as well. To the CNA that prayed for us just because they seen how much I was worried and struggling. Our experience on the med-surg floor was just as exceptional. All staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and compassionate. They constantly kept us updated on the treatment plan, any changes that came about, and on the doctors plans from day to day. They explained things in a way we could understand them and even took extra time with us when needed. Watching a loved one be ill is such a draining experience. I can honestly say all the staff at Lafollette medical center made our experience tolerable during this difficult time. LMC staff, I can’t say thank you enough for the hard work and dedication that you bring to your profession! You are all truly health care hero’s!

Brought my daughter in with 104.1 temperature and they had us take a seat after check in we sat there for 35 minutes before even seeing a nurse they were more concerned with a sprained ankle than getting my daughter something to bring the temp down some of the worst service I've seen I'd go to Knoxville if you can only use lafollette hospital as a last resort!!

Had a great experience when I had an MRI today. The sweet lady gave me a lot of comfort and explained in great detail what was going!

Came here to be seen over a severe untreated infection. With some of the symptoms being faint,hot flashes,shortness of breath. Made me sit outside the emergency room in the heat with two small fans. I have no hearing in one ear and very little in the other and the nurse kept getting an attitude over me asking her to repeat herself.
