Ive had great experiences with this team. The staff is always professional considerate and efficient. My physician is personable professional and prompt with answering all my requests.

Since Dr. Robinson left I have had nothing but bad service at this office. 1st of all I was late for my appt and they refuse to see me because they were having a baby shower. They were closing early.I had driven 35 minutes to get there. 2n my granddaughter is 23 and I started going to the doctor with her because she never could remember what the doctor told her. Well this new doctor Michelle Culbreath refused to let me stay in the room with her while she interviewed her. To me this was just plain inconsiderate. Most doctors I know welcomes someone with the patients that understand. This was the last straw I will be looking for a new doctor. I miss Dr. Jana Robinson.

Very professional office. My husband and I decided to try this office for our annual exams. We had an excellent experience. Highly recommend. Office staff was awesome. Intake nurse was wonderful. Phlebotomist was amazing. Dr was incredible. We are highly impressed with this office as they have made our lives easier with prescriptions.

This place is a joke.Had appt booked with confirmation email. Show up and am told that I don’t have an appt. They ‘called’ me on Monday but there is no record of the call. Front desk workers could care less. Horrible customer service. What a poor excuse for a healthcare provider office.

Been seeing Danielle Howell for 3 years now.. She’s a great listener and explain everything.. the office gets back to you in less than 24 hours

Although they have two wonderful nurse practitioners who are available part time the full time physician there Jana Robinson is horrible. She is rude to her patients and refuses to prescribe necessary medication. She lacks basic human compassion for her patients pain and she does not respond when you try to reach out to her. Avoid this place at all costs.
