I visited that office four times the staff seemingly confused and not knowing what to do I finally met the doctor he wasn't to happy about a new patient he sent me for an ultra sound on my hernia it's been six weeks and now I can't get an appointment or results🙁

Waste of time and money. My husband cracked a rib, I had him go for an xray and something for pain that wouldn't screw up his stomach. They literally took my $125 for nothing. No xray, no medication, nothing. If they couldn't give him an xray, why didn't she tell me that on the phone?

It's a very long and messed up situation but I have proof he doesn't treat all his patients the same and that he has dated and hit on a particular woman patient of his and prescribed her the exact same thing he told me that he couldn't prescribe. I have been seeing this doctor for a long time now and all of a sudden without any reason he told me he is going to discharge me as a patient. This doctor is breaking so many ethical laws it is unreal and is definitely breaking other laws as well. He knows I need help and its a very serious issue but he refuses to help with anything even something he told me he could help with he now refuses to help and it won't surprise me if he puts false things about me in my medical charts and records.

Hi I Started see Dr SWAUNCY when I Believe 20 or 21 I'm Now Almost 34. Evnthough I see other doctor's their I Love the staff. Doctors Lucinda & Lorrie I just adore them. Their great with kids as well in 2009 I had my first child she was given care for since birth to almost 2before moving to MI. Since we came back I been going their every since. Matter fact me & my son go tomorrow..😊 Give them a 5!!

A very dirty place, the doctor is aragoant and so are the associates there. it's like they are doing their job for free, even though God knows how much money they got from the insurance. Would not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Swauncey since he opened his office . I am very pleased with the care I get there.

Love this Dr. and his staff. I have been seeing him for about 3yrs and any time I have a major problem he always figure it out.

I can only give them 1 star because I scheduled an appt 5 weeks out. I have records showing where I called the office, took 1/2 a day off work only to find out they have NO appt for me. I didn't show up on the wrong day, they didn't even schedule me at all. I travel for work and am meticulous about putting calendar reminders in my phone immediately so I don't miss appts or double book. I have had no interaction with the doctors at this practice so I cannot attest to their demeanor or abilities. Just be very very thorough with the office staff if you choose to see this doctor.

Needed an appointment and was able to be fit in on the next day. Met with the doctor and he provided great medical advice as well as a plan to maintain my health. I didn't feel rushed, as I have with other doctors and that made me feel good as a patient. I will recommend him to others as well.
