If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My son and I went in for sick visits- both needing antibiotics. The provider was supposed to call them in, but here we are almost 24 hours later and the pharmacy has not received the prescriptions.. I called the clinic who said they had a new “portal” so it seemed the scripts are stuck in limbo.. to top things off- the provider is off today. 😑 My husband had a pcp visit there today, of which to find out- they don’t take our insurance. Which is weird to me- I was there yesterday and they did take it. 🤷🏼‍♀️😡 This is beyond frustrating. I will say, we won’t be back and my husband will be finding a new pcp.

I Always get the absolute best care at this facility! I Appreciate the fact that they listen & take the time to make sure all of my needs are met. The Staff is absolutely Amazing! I truly appreciate Everything

I had an unauthorized charge to my card for a bill I have yet to even receive in the mail! I was never asked if I wanted to keep my card on file so watch your accounts these people are sneaky

I think I posted a review the last time I went to Fast Pace, but they have been so good! Everything is always done in a timely manner, and always with detailed information and the upmost compassion! Thank you, Fast Pace for being there for us!

I like you can go in anytime. They are very concerned. The wait time isn’t any longer than having an appointment with a Dr. I’ve had Dr. appointments and waited just as long.

Very friendly staff, highly recommended. Joking and laughs made everything much easier.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I was a walk in on Monday evening (do not know if this is normally a busy time for them) and was out within an hour. I was very surprised. Someone had forgotten to send one of my prescriptions to the pharmacy and when I called in to let them know the receptionist once again was very helpful and had everything ready to pick up at the pharmacy within 3 hours.

The staff was friendly & suppottive (for the most part); but the service was poor. My daughter had a temp, vomiting, sore throat, headache, body aches...they tested her for flu, strep, & covid which they said was negative. She just got worse over night, so i took her to her peditrician where she tested positive for strep. After one dose of meds she started improving. Why did their test show negative? Had it been correct, it would have saved my child from suffering.
