Very good service From being from out of town. I wasn’t sure how the visit would go. But from the first phone call. To the time I left the office everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish the city and state I live in had an Dr and office like this one.

Very personable and down to earth All the visits were very professional and the staff are all very attentive and friendly. Very pleasant experience!

Outstanding surgeon for Diverticulitis As a middle age person without so much as a stitch previously, I was concerned about the symptoms I was having and the best course of action. Meeting with Dr Fruin was a true partnership. He laid out options available for my situation - the pros and cons to both surgery or waiting to see if things improved etc. He learned about my lifestyle… lots of travel for work etc. He listened to my questions and never pushed for surgery. Once I decided to pursue surgery, Dr Fruin was available every step of the way. Once it was over and I was recovering, he stopped in to the hospital frequently to check on my recovery. My last post op visit at his office was further confirmation that I’d partnered with the right surgeon. His comment was don’t take this the wrong way, I’m here to help if anything comes up, but I hope I don’t have to see you again for this. An absolutely outstanding experience. Thank you Dr Fruin and staff!

Impressive first visit Dr. Fruin was extremely easy to talk to and helped me feel more confident and relaxed about my upcoming surgery. Being a retired nurse that has come across some less than desirable physicians, I must say that Dr. Fruin was a breath of fresh air. Their surgical group have multiple offices that makes it very convenient it obtain an appointment promptly and usually close to your home. At this point I would highly recommend!

Superb patient interaction and care Dr. Fruin was recommended highly by an orthopedist and a primary care physician. He lived up to their accolades! His demeanor was calm, and professional, thereby providing an excellent patient experience. He answered every question with an obvious expert level of expertise and concern. Dr. Fruin is great, excellent bedside manner He was very caring and explained everything that I would experience. I would highly recommend.

The fact that once he looks at a problem he has the ability to say I can take care of that in the office.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR Dr Fruin did abdominal surgery on me September 19th. From my initial consult he explained that he would be removing a mass that had been found. He told me exactly what he was going to do, what to expect and he visited me before my surgery ,visited me after my surgery,came by the hospital daily to check on me & asked me how I was,reassured me that he got all of the mass and as soon as he got the pathology back, he would let me know what it was He called me himself to let me know that it was cancer, and that he was setting me up with an oncologist, although he got everything in the area he did surgery on and from the area that he took around it, I have clear margins. He’ll send me to oncology for my peace of mind. but it’s confident he got everything .He is the best Dr/surgeon I’ve ever dealt with & in my lifetime I have had 12+ surgeries. I will never use another surgeon besides him. He genuinely cares for his patients. I am thankful for him.I Recommend him to anyone needing surgery.

I had, and continue to have, full faith in Dr. Fruin! He was amazing throughout my bowel resection surgery. He takes the time to explain, with care and patience.
