The worst doctor's office experience ever! We ended up using Dr. O'Hare a year ago for my son's upper endoscopy. NOTHING was easy from the scheduling, billing, anything. NOT a good experience. We now are out of network with this provider and have had to find a new provider, which requires a referral from a PCP OR a prior provider (aka Dr. O'Hare). I called today to see if they would simply fax the referral over to the new provider. The completely unhelpful person, who was rushing me off the phone the whole conversation, on the phone explained that since we were not in network with Dr. O'Hare that he would not do the referral. It's a simple 2 page referral form that must be submitted with my son's past records (that they have to send to the new provider anyway) What a terrible policy and a terrible clinic. DO NOT trust your health with this clinic. NOT AT ALL patient friendly. What a racket this place is. Why you would make anything harder on the patient (past, present or future) is beyond comprehension.

Dr. Saitta is an amazing provider. He keeps me well informed always makes sure I know and understand the next steps. The overall atmosphere is amazing I suffer from severe health anxiety and each member of the team from the front desk to the lab make me feel like I’m right where I should be.
