Went in with unscheduled appointment (flu symptoms). Did not wait inordinately long. Other people were going back before me but I assume those people had appointments. As I walked down the hallway, Dr. Sy looked up, smiled, and greeted me. Quick lab tests confirmed flu and Dr. Sy gave me the necessary medicine. Upon reviewing my prior lab results, he asked about a prior lab test result that was slightly high. Pretty impressive he went beyond the reason for the visit to ask about medical issues.

Will never ever attend this facility again. They don't give two f@cks about their patients. They never answer the phone unless you push option to make an apt, which then they will promptly transfer you to a vm. They are over flooded with patients and seriously lack sense of urgency. As an employee of their affiliate, extremely disgusted with the lack of care and major misinformation provided when making my appt. If you value your time and sanity- stay far away from Family Medical Associates in Lebanon

Dr Sy has a great sense of humor, but takes his calling seriously. He makes you feel better when he enters the room with a big smile. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Sy is awesome with my boys. Great pediatrician with a precious personality that children are drawn to. Very thorough! If there is a hint of problem he orders necessary tests to make absolutely sure if something wrong....U are going to be sure about it! Many doctors will dismiss parent's concerns, but Dr Sy dismisses no concerns and takes you and your child's health seriously. Only negative is this is busiest practice in town and often have to wait too long, but Dr Sy is worth it!
