We wanted an extremely experienced ped doctor for our new born. Based on a recommendation from a long time resident in the area she told me to go see Dr. Jordan. He is exceptional with our child. He gives us full attention asks if we have questions listens and answers each question. His staff is friendly and welcoming and manages our accounting well. All in all Dr. Jordan and his staff are outstanding. Below I see some negative reviews but honestly I dont see how these reviews can be real with the level of service we are provided with.

Dr. Jordan and the staff at Cumberland pediatric have been our family pediatrician for 16 years. Dr. Jordan is a straightforward doctor that is honest about the needs and what he observes and your child. While the wait times may be long I have never not been able to get my child in there when it’s been critical or they needed urgent care. This may impact wait times for well children but if you’ve ever had to take your children there multiple times in dire need you learn to understand the wait time.k

I had brought in all three of my sick boys to see doctor Jordan all we got was rolling of the eyes at us and being very rude I wontrecommend him to any one we wont be seeing him again

Don’t recommend them. My child had problems with throwing up I discuss with Dr.hanna she said it was normal turned out to be food allergies my child could have passed away because she was to lazy to do research

All the staff are very friendly. Wait time is never excessive and Dr. Jordan is great

I Think Dr. Jordan is great. Has been our pediatrician for 12 years. Trying to get an appt wait time when we get there have become a huge issue. We typically have to be seen by a nurse practitioner just to get in. My review based on qualifications of Dr. Jordan would be excellent. He has never misdiagnosed has always been great with my now teenage boys.
