Over the years I have seen Dr. Lanning himself and also his Nurse practitioners. Susanna Maher is hands down the best one N.P I have had so far. She is very thorough thoughtful and a good listener. She took her time doing my exam and didnt rush. All of his staff is wonderful however Susanna really stands out.

I love Dr. Lanning but not his staff. It is impossible to get to him. This office has an amazing amount of bad reviews for the staff. I now see why. How come it is so hard to communicate with you patients when they are leaving messages? How come you cannot get a surgery date return phone call? How come the office is not more organized. I absolutely adore this man. He delivered several of my grandchildren. Sad he is surrounded by such incompetence.

Dr. Lanning has been my doctor for over 27 years. I would not even think of going to anyone else. He is thougher and you are made to feel comfortable no matter what the visit is far. His office staff is what every office should be. I highly recommend Dr. Lanning.

The majority of the office staff is apathetic matteroffact in demeanor communication with patients. All patients are flatly instructed on where to go without escort which is confusing for a firsttime patient. From the exam room I could hear the provider loudly discussing my medications with a medical assistant in the hall before ever entering. The provider was dismissive barely listened to me as evidenced by an observation made during the physical exam that Id literally just discussed because only half of what I said fit her predetermined diagnosis. I can forgive poor bedside manner but I wont tolerate a medical provider who phones it in ignores my concerns. First last visit to this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Lanning for over 25 years with never a complaint. He is always timely pleasant and professional. He has found several health issues and sent me to specialist for further assessment. He has always provided me with excellent care.

Money hungry. Keep me coming back. Done a less invasive biopsy found nothing then wanted to do a more invasive. Found nothing. Why not do the more invasive to begin with or really at all. My insurance doesnt pay that great. Put me in debt a long time. Tried to get me to have rectocele surgery I dont need. My trustworthy urologist told me I didnt need the surgery at all. I will go to someone else from now on.
