I can't see where the negative review came from. I have been seeing Dr. Wiggins since around 1983, and I've always found him to be very pleasant and much more interested in discussing vision concerns than money. My eyeglass prescription is fairly complicated, but he takes the time to be very certain it is correct. He explains the tests and all results quite clearly, and he answers all my questions. I have always felt that he was very concerned I get the best possible results with my glasses, and I enjoy interacting with him. I will continue to see him until he retires.When he owned his own practice, his front desk people were stellar. His practice was bought out, and the new clinic does suffer from a little too much interest in money. The new people are nice, but their central fabrication lab is seriously hopeless. I go see Dr. Wiggins for the exam, but I take my prescription elsewhere to get the glasses made.
