I made an appointment when i got there I was told I was not in the system. I know I DID make the appointment I had it written down. It would have been my first time visit there and I get there following the direction given by the staff took my phone call the first time.Disorganized and a very rude staff. Ill find different doctor.

Dr. Shannon Burton is nice enough however doesn’t really pay attention to her patients or their needs. She rushes through appointments and leaves you with more questions than answers. I saw her at a time when we were trying to conceive and struggling. I all but begged her to help Za me figure out what was going on and was sent on my way to figure it out on my own. After changing OBs I learned I had textbook PCOS that either Dr. ShannonBurton missed or just didn’t care to look into either way it’s poor practice in my opinion.

Do not recommend her . She’s nice enough but too busy worried about getting to her next patient to pay you any kind of actual attention. I actually had to see a fertility expert after her because she ignored every symptom I told her. Turns out I was struggling with PCOS. All classic “textbook” symptoms that she chose to ignore while I suffered for 2 years. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that listens to you.

Great surgeon and Doctor About 6 years ago my mother almost died from ovarian cancer but doctor Shannon saved my mother By operating on her as soon as the next day and saved my mother. We went to several doctors before and they didn’t even care about my mother and just gave her medicine for the pain and sent her home. Until one day she went to work and she started to bleed out of control and had to go to the hospital. After that they sent her to Dr.Shannon and she did a wonderful job. She cared for my mother after the surgery and did the best she could so my mother could be comfortable. Now my mother is healthy and celebrating 6 years free of cancer We just went today and she cared for us super well. Totally recommend Dr.Shannon

Well I like burton Shannon although I haven’t seen her in about a year and half her front desk staff are horrible. Snotty attitudes act like they don’t care. I wouldn’t recommend going to the office because they way they treat patients. Switching doctors as we speak
